The Fijit Friends Sage interactive toy is one of four different types that you can buy. Sage is particularly popular, probably due to its bright yellow color and fun loving personality.

Like all of the Fijit Friends, Sage requires 5 AA batteries to be operated. Sage responds to and interacts when it hears certain key words, loves to dance to different beats of music and has a variety of moves when touched.

There are more than 30 built in interactive keywords that you can speak to Sage and get an appropriate response. It comes with an easy reference card with all of the different keyword phrases listed, to make it a lot easier to get that interactive response.

Loaded with over 100 different phrases and jokes, the variety of interactive feedback is wide enough for anyone. However, most will find that they do have particular favorites and will get their Fijit Friend to say them over and over again.

The pictures of this particular interactive toy don’t really do justice to the outer skin. The skin itself is incredibly soft and tactile which not only provides a better touch and feel for the actual toy, but also allows much smoother movement and dancing as appropriate.

Unlike most other small interactive toys, that may or may not respond to the sound of music, Sage not only responds to music by dancing but also, depending on the particular speed and beat of the music, will dance in a more appropriate way.

On top of all of the interactive capability, the cute dance moves, and the responsive body movements, Sage also has a number of songs prebuilt into it.
